# What if I Don’t Like the Trip Route/Pay/Time, Etc.

## Drivers simply reject any trip that does not suit their needs.

The DRAIVER platform allows users the freedom to accept or decline any trip. Drivers who decline trips will not be penalized from receiving future trips.
