# Why Am I Having Trouble Registering?

## Here are some things to consider if you are having trouble registering through the DRAIVER App:

1. What type of phone do you have?
2. What OS Version is installed on your phone?
3. If your phone has not updated recently, please update to the correct OS version.
4. Try refreshing the app

If the problem consists, submit a ticket via the support form with all required information.
