# Can I Bring Along Other People on Trips? 

## No, it is a violation of DRAIVER Terms of Service to bring any other passengers with you during a trip.

Only vetted drivers listed on the Trip Transaction are allowed in any of the units including your own car if you are the Personal Chase Driver. This is a liability issue as well as your customers do not approve non DRAIVER persons in their vehicles. You cannot have animals with you either, unless they are service animals. A violation of this will possibly result in suspension and/or removal from the DRAIVER platform.
