Typically most trips allow you a 60-minute window prior to the trip start to cancel without penalty.
A few things to note before canceling a Trip Transaction:
- Carefully read the trip notes as the cancelation policy may differ depending on the trip. Refer to the Terms and Conditions which detail penalties that can occur.
- Trips that are set to start the next morning only allow cancellations without penalty if the cancellation is done before midnight, if cancelled after midnight this will be marked as a no-show.
- Two cancelations within the grace period will result in a suspension from activity on the DRAIVER platform. You will not be offered driving opportunities as a result for up to 14 days.
