Yes, you can.
You will need to ensure your GPS in app permissions is turned on to track your location and you are set to available/priority in the app. If you are within the 30 mile start radius you may see trips in those areas.
You can turn on location services by going to your phone settings, searching DRAIVER, then enabling location to allow while using the app or always allowing.
