# Do Companies Have Their Own Set Rate of Pay?

## Yes, the requesting business decides the rate to pay.

DRAIVER does enforce some limitations including a minimum rate calculated per hour and compensation for at least one hour, in some cases 2 hours, even if the trip estimates it will require less than that.

Rates often vary by business, location and type of trip.

Each trip varies by requesting company, time of day, number of drivers and route.
