Contract Drivers can go into a Priority status on the DRAIVER App Home Page in order to be put at the top of the list to receive trips in their area.
In order to receive as many Trip Requests as possible, it is important to be on time, read and understand and follow all Trip Notes, and follow all procedures accurately and promptly. Excessive or late cancellations, no-shows, lack of attention to details or instruction, or generally poor performance on Trips (including incorrect data entries, missing required photos, speeding, following protocol using the DRAIVER App, etc.) will determine your priority status on the DRAIVER platform and your ranking with DRAIVER Clients. Trips are put out to the contract driver pool to ensure all drivers have the same opportunity to receive requests.
