# How Can I Get More Information on Using the App Correctly?

## In the training section of your Driver Portal we have provided several instructional videos to assist you in doing trips correctly.

Drivers can refer to the Help/FAQ section by accessing the Driver Portal in the DRAIVER App settings. Once in the Driver Portal, click on the drop down menu (three lines in the top left or right hand corner) followed by clicking on the Help/FAQ section.
