DRAIVER reserves the right to deactivate your driver account based on a number of factors.
To be considered for account reactivation, please log in to the DRAIVER App with your username and password. This will generate a case to our Support team. Please do not create a new account, as duplicate accounts will be deleted. Depending on the geographic area you are in, past trips completed, and other determining factors, DRAIVER will determine if you are approved for account reactivation. You will be notified by email to let you know what you need to do next to resume accepting trips.
