How Can I See My Next Upcoming Trip and Who’s On It With Me?

Two hours prior to trip start time you can view this information in the details section of the DRAIVER app in your pending trips section.

If it is more than 2 hours you can view this information in your DRAIVER driver portal. You'll be able to see their status (pending, en route, in progress), their location (if en route/in progress) and their contact information for coordination.

Please do not go en-route early to view this information as this throws off trip times and confuses hiring companies and other drivers on the same trip. If you receive a call from a requestor to start the trip more than 2 hours early please notify DRAIVER so we are aware of this change and can track it.
