What should I do if a Vehicle is not available or unable to be Picked Up after a Trip has started?

The DRAIVER contractor will mark this trip as a "dry run" since it could not be completed. The contractor will notify the Trip Requestor and Area Manager and give any relevant details.

The Area Manager will work with the Trip Requestor and contractor to come up with an alternative plan to complete or re-schedule the Trip. While unforeseen events can occur, please try to have all vehicles involved in a Trip ready to go at the times specified with clear Trip Notes for the contractor to follow.
