Have not received my deposit (it's Friday and they did a trip the previous week)

  1. Check if you have received an email or an SMS stating that your banking information is invalid.
  2. If you completed this trip on a Sunday, your payment will be pushed to the next pay cycle.
  3. If this is your first payment or if you recently changed your banking information, understand your bank can withhold a direct deposit from a new paying entity for up to 48 hours before posting it to your account; this is your bank policy and not DRAIVER. If you have not received your deposit by Monday, please let us know. 
  4. If this is not your first payment deposit from DRAIVER, the direct deposit should arrive on or before Friday morning for driving gigs you completed before 12 a.m. CST/CDT the prior Sunday. For any trip transactions where you did not click on “Trip complete” in the App after 12 a.m., you will receive the direct deposit the following Friday.
