The start time is when you should be at the starting location.
Be sure to give yourself enough time for traveling to arrive on schedule. Drivers are responsible for providing their own transportation to the starting location.
If you are running late you should contact DRAIVER Support (844) 366-6837 and the chase driver (if you are the chase driver then contact the other drivers on your trip) to provide information regarding your arrival time.
If you are going to be more than 15 min late the trip will possibly go without you on it or you may be docked on your pay-out for making others wait. This will delay others and the promised delivery time or impact the trip as some locations will not be open to pick up or drop off the units.
