If you are experiencing app issues during a Trip Transaction, the following troubleshooting steps might help:

Tips to assist 

  • You may not have the latest version of the App on your phone. 
  • You may be in an area with a poor cell connection.
  • You may not have an unlimited data plan. 
  • Your phone operating version may be outdated: Android version 8 and iOS version 12.
  • You may not have completed all required fields in the current step. 

If none of these work the next steps would be:

  1. Sign out and then back into the App.
  2. Force stop/refresh and restart the App. 
  3. Update the App if needed.
  4. Reset your network settings.
  5. Restart the device.
