# Are My Tolls Reimbursed?

## Yes, tolls are eligible for reimbursement as long as they are for the date, time, and route of the trip.

To be eligible, they must be an actual receipt, not a picture of a tollbooth or toll sign.

Electronically-submitted or mailed toll receipts must be submitted to support@draiver.com within 5 days of the trip (or as soon as you receive the receipt) or you may not be reimbursed. You will be charged a $5.00 per-receipt administrative fee to manually add these types of receipts.
