      The Vehicle Broke Down and I Need Assistance

      If you are on a trip and a vehicle has broken down:

      Please make sure that you are parked in a safe place away from traffic before following the steps below. If it is not possible to get the vehicle in a safe place and away from traffic, call 911 immediately. 

      Types:

      • The vehicle being transported and Company-provided Chase vehicle 
      • Push the button in your app (add screenshot)
        • Option 1: Call requestor. If no answer, call support (844-366-6837).
        • Option 2: Call support
      If Chase driver is on the trip please contact and update them with status

      • Personal vehicle
        • Contact support (844-366-6837).
