What Should I Do if a Prior Trip Has Gone Over Time and My Next Trip Is Starting Before I Am Done? 

Please contact the Trip Requestor and DRAIVER Support of any delays.

The decision to allow late arrival to a Trip starting location will be based on a case-by-case assessment. In some cases, the promised delivery times or business hours of the locations will not allow for late starts and another contract driver will be placed on that trip depending on how late you will be arriving. To ensure that this does not happen, please do not accept trips that start within an hour of each other as there can be unforeseen delays with any trip.
