Rideshare indicates a third-party transportation service will be provided to transport drivers between locations.
Links are made available in both the DRAIVER App and the driver portal when Rideshare is needed during a Trip Transaction. By clicking the link, you can order your Uber when ready, at no expense.
Keep in mind:
- You are not required to have the Uber App on your phone, you will be sent text messages with any updates regarding your rideshare. Nevertheless, we suggest you have it installed in case there is an issue with the DRAIVER App (the rideshare option may be down for tech reasons).
- Always verify your current location and the drop-off location for the request before confirming the rideshare request.
- If you have any issues or need to go to a different location, please contact support.
- DRAIVER does not provide Rideshare to and from start locations or other locations listed in the trip unless authorized prior.
