What Happens if I Am Late for a Trip? 

Should contract drivers be delayed in getting to their trip starting point, they must contact DRAIVER Support immediately.

Contract drivers are also required to contact the Chase Driver or other team drivers for the Trip to provide their estimated arrival time. If drivers are more than 15 minutes late the Trip will likely proceed without them or they may be docked Trip payment for causing delays. Delays can impact other drivers, compromise the promised delivery time, or impact pick up time for other deliveries. Please plan for possible delays such as traffic, accidents, construction, etc. As with any contract work, it is imperative to be prompt and professional as this can impact you driver ranking with DRAIVER Clients and potentially lower the number of trips you are offered.
