TWIC cards are a separate level of TSA security standards to go to and from ports to deliver vehicles.
There are a very small number of trips that require such and those trips are directly assigned to drivers who meet the criteria.
If you choose to obtain a TWIC card this is at your personal discretion and a cost you will be required to pay.
