      Why Was My Trip Transaction Canceled?

      Trips can be canceled for various reasons.

      Trips can be canceled for various reasons. See below for common reasons why:
      1. The customer who ordered the vehicle canceled. 
      2. The vehicle has been sent in for repairs.
      3. The trip was built incorrectly and needs to be reissued.
      4. The vehicle has already been moved.
      5. The trip did not fill with the required number of drivers in the time frame needed.
