Are Rideshare Costs Covered within Trip Transactions?

If you are in a Trip Transaction and click on "request rideshare" and the third-party transportation company has not connected you with a driver, you can expense the cost for alternate transportation. 

Subject to market pricing audit and company approval, valid receipt required. Expenses are covered, as long as the pick-up and drop-off addresses match what is listed in the DRAIVER app. Tips are not reimbursable.

Any trip transaction that requires rideshare to be completed successfully will be reimbursed:  

• National rideshare companies 
• Taxi 
• Bus 
• Car Rental 
• Public Transportation
